Q: Which shopping carts are supported on your E-commerce hosting plan?

A: If you have your own preferred shopping cart program, you can install it on your E-Commerce plan. However, we do offer one-click installations of the following shopping carts: Magento, osCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop, and ZenCart. Q: Which operating system does the E-commerce plan use?

A: Our E-commerce hosting plans are currently only offered on Linux servers.

Q: Can I use FTP to connect to my site?

A: We block port 21 because FTP transmits data over plain text, which does not comply with PCI Compliance. To access your site, you must use your SSH user with an FTP client that supports SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol).

Q: Do you include merchant processing services?

Q: Do you include PCI security scans?
