Unable to Publish in Web Presence Builder

When attempting to publish your Web Presence Builder site, you may see one of the following errors:

• Error: Unexpected server behavior. For details, see the product's log files. Some errors were written to log. Please contact to administrator.

• The site cannot be published to the specified location. Click to see details.

• The site cannot be published to the specified location. The URL for website publishing cannot be resolved through DNS or the destination server is unreachable.

This error is caused because Web Presence Builder is designed to only work once a website is pointed to our server. The above errors will occur if you attempt to publish when the site is still pointing to another provider. HostMySite can assist by making a temporary change on the server, which will allow publishing before you make the new site "live". Please contact us or submit a support ticket to ask for assistance if this is needed. Otherwise, you will not be able to publish until the site's IP address is updated to point to our server.
