How to Order Additional Disk Space for an Open-Xchange Mailbox

This article explains how to purchase additional email diskspace to be shared by your Basic email users.

This article assumes that you are already familiar with how to log in to the customer control panel. If you do not know how to log in or have forgotten your password, please refer to this article first.

  • Click the Account tab.
  • Click the Buy Additional Resources link.
  • Select the subscription with the Open-Xchange mailbox you want to upgrade. Click Next.
  • Click the plus (+) sign next to Email Diskspace to purchase additional diskspace in increments of 1GB.
  • Follow the rest of the ordering process to submit a payment and click Place Order.
  • The Order Status will be displayed. Once completed, the disk space is available to your Basic users.
  • You can set the email storage quota per user if you want to divide the space in a particular way.
