How to Retrieve Your ClientNet Login Credentials for Symantec Email Security

This KB outlines how to get your ClientNet login and password and set your security questions.

Before you can configure your account you will need to log in to your control panel and retrieve your new login details.

This article assumes that you are already familiar with how to log in to the customer control panel. If you do not know how to log in or have forgotten your password, please refer to this article first.

  • From the control panel, select your Email Security subscription from the subscription drop down box if you have multiple accounts
  • Click on the Symantec Email Security.Cloud tab -> ClientNet Accces Tab to view your new Username and Password.
    Note: Usernames and Passwords are Case Sensitive.

Set your password and security questions:

  • From the ClientNet Access tab click the Open link or browse to
  • Enter in your Username and Password you retrieved and click Login.
  • You will be asked to set a new password. You can re-enter in the password assigned to you or create a new one. You will then be asked to select three security questions and answers.
