How to Buy Additional Exchange Mailboxes

Additional Exchange mailboxes can be added to your account at any time. For mailbox plan specifications and comparison, please check our website.

This article assumes that you are already familiar with how to log in to the customer control panel. If you do not know how to log in or have forgotten your password, please refer to this article first.

  • On the control panel Home tab, click "Mailboxes" under the Exchange section.

  • Click "Upgrade Resource Limits".

  • Click the + under "New Limit" for the type of Exchange mailbox you wish to order (Basic, Standard, Standard with Outlook). Increase to the number you wish to have total, then click Next.

  • Select your payment method from the drop-down menu, then click "Place Order".
