A default FTP user is created when your Linux hosting subscription is initially provisioned. In order to connect with this user, you will need to log in to the control panel to update the user's password. This article assumes that you are already familiar with how to log in to the customer control panel. If you do not know how to log in or have forgotten your password, please refer to this article first.
