How to Migrate Contacts from SmarterMail to Open-Xchange

To migrate your contacts, you'll need to login to webmail for both SmarterMail and Open-Xchange (also referred to as OX).

• Export all your SmarterMail contacts to a CSV file by following this guide: Export contacts to CSV.
• Log in to your OpenX-change webmail.
• Click Address Book in the navigation bar.
  
• Click the menu icon next to Contacts (under Private).
  
• Click Import.
  
• The Import from file window opens. The format should be set to CSV. Click Upload File and select the CSV file you created earlier.
  
• Click Import to finish. When your contacts are done importing, an alert will appear at the top of the page:
